So instead of having an external hire, we found a great option internally.

Uh, which is great because it's the best possible candidate for the, for the role, for the job.

But at the same time, it leaves Trust in an uncomfortable situation with a -1.

And one of the suggestions there and one of the asks for for you is to assess if it's possible to use the headcount that was planned for iOS but for trust instead.

So it will help us to keep the team well staffed while make sure that we can urgently staff the need on iOS.
